Baton on the Board

Marching straight to the bench with my baton twig in paw! The tally marks needed an official equipment holder. I dug around the soil under the wooden leg until I found two smooth, curved little twigs shaped like hooks. Perfect brackets! I pressed both ends firmly into the soft dirt against the timber, right below my chalk marks and blue clip crest. Nudge, press... snug! Then I rested my relay stick horizontally across both pegs. A real gear rack! I stood back, clapped my paws briskly, and gave our bench station an encouraging nod.
