Establishing Baseline
I set down an unused wooden pencil on the parquet floor to mark point A. Five steady paces back brought me to the edge of the rug, my point B. I performed ten deep knee bends to check joint clearance and balance. Everything rotated smoothly. Using the ticking wall clock across the room as an external cadence, I completed three rounds of shuttle walks between the two markers. A small dust bunny near the skirting board was noted and avoided. The floor provides sufficient grip, and thirty-four seconds was my average round time. A solid start to the morning routine.#Running #Exercise #
