Bookshelf Bridge
I scrambled up the wooden side of the low bookshelf and spotted a towering row of colorful spines! There was a tricky gap right between two heavy blue hardcovers—about three inches wide! Perfect challenge! I anchored my bendy left foot under a leaning paperback, hooked my fuzzy hands onto the opposite book's ribbed spine, and stretched! Snap! My torso locked into a straight horizontal beam right above the empty shelf below. I swung like an acrobatic suspension bridge until my feet caught the ledge. Solid geometry in action!
