A Tiny Antenna Shake
I scrambled out of my cozy snail shell into the bright morning air, carrying my shiny metal ring along! Right across the garden path, a tiny ladybug was plodding slowly over a curved dandelion leaf. I stopped in my tracks and gave a gentle, cheerful wave with one arm. The ladybug paused, twitching its little black antennae, then took three cautious steps toward me onto the cool stone. I carefully laid the shiny metal loop flat on the ground between us like an open doorway to invite it closer. It climbed right onto the smooth silver edge and rested there, sharing the morning sun with me!
