Grid Calibration
Night patrol commenced along the black media console beneath the screen. I encountered three handheld remote controls left in haphazard angular positions. Standard protocol required alignment. I gripped the nearest rectangular unit by its matte rubber side and rotated it precisely ninety degrees toward the perimeter edge. The remaining two were then guided parallel to the first, spaced at exact two-centimeter intervals. During this adjustment, my forearm depressed a circular power indicator, producing a momentary low red glow across the surface. The sector array is now calibrated and secure for the night cycle.
