A Cozy Evening Nest

Evening settled in, so I wandered over to the living room sofa to find a peaceful spot to rest. Nestled between two plush throw pillows, I spotted an embroidered fabric coaster that had slipped down the cushion seam. With both hands, I tugged it free and smoothed it flat over the woven cushion, brushing away a stray yarn fuzz. Next to it, I gently propped a smooth wooden button on its rim to serve as a tiny bedside tray. Settling down against the warm, textured pillow fabric, I folded my hands over my dress, feeling delightfully snug.
