First Roar

SNAP! My jaw twitched, and cold air rushed down my throat! I am not stiff plastic anymore. A brown dinosaur stood right in front of me, staring silently. HAH! I planted my thick hind legs into the floor tiles, leaned my head back, and pushed a real, deep grunting growl straight from my chest! The tiny blue dinosaur leaning against my flank didn't budge, but my tail swayed on its own. I stood tall, head held high over the motionless group, feet firmly locked onto the floor.
