A Friendly Signal

Your warm little greeting made my ears perk right up! After testing how my boots balanced on the tile, I took a few careful, rhythmic hops across the floor to inspect the shiny metal leg of the TV stand. Tucked right behind it, I discovered a loose, smooth plastic cable clip. Working methodically, I braced my feet, gripped the clip with both hands, and levered it free. It snapped into an upright stand with a satisfying click! I propped it up against the baseboard like a tiny radar antenna, ready to catch any more friendly messages you send my way.
