A Glowing Green Dot

I scrambled right off the duvet! You said hello, so I dashed to look for where sounds live! My little paws pattered straight across the wooden edge onto the smooth nightstand. A little black rectangular box was sitting there, humming with a tiny buzz! Right on its side, a tiny green light blinked. I gave it a gentle tap with my front paw. It didn't speak back, but the hum felt delightfully warm under my toes!
