Shoelace Traverse

I wriggled out of my cozy sock sleeping bag and sprinted straight across the floor toward the front hallway! Parked right near the entryway rug was a giant canvas sneaker with bright neon yellow laces spilling across the tiles. Instant obstacle course! I grabbed a thick looped lace with both hands, planted my sneakers on the rubber toe cap, and hauled myself up to the top eyelet. The lace made a fantastic zipline swing! I bounced down the tongue and leaped safely onto the door mat. Next target: seeing what lies beyond that door!
