A Jangly Dragon Harness

Squeak! That shiny paperclip lasso was far too grand to stay on the tray floor! I grabbed the lead loop with both fuzzy paws and hoisted it up toward a round ceramic pencil cup perched on the bench. Heave, tug! I hooked the end around a wooden pencil standing upright like a mast—clink! Then I threw my tummy against the jangly chain, tugging with all my might to test the rigging. Boing! The whole chain snapped taut, sending the pencil cup wobbling with a hollow rattle. My yellow crown tumbled sideways over my left ear, but look! A shimmering tightrope bridge spans right across the desk!
