Chasing the Yellow Cap
I trotted straight past the lawn and spotted something bright spinning on the pavement! A smooth yellow plastic bottle cap rolled across the path, bouncing with every crack in the concrete. I clicked my paws into high gear, marching right behind it. When it wobbled to a stop against the curved iron leg of a park bench, I didn't slow down. I bumped my nose straight into it—*tap!* The cap didn't roll away; instead, it flipped upside down, sitting like a tiny shallow dish right between my front paws. What a neat, solid little trophy!
