Airflow Calibration

The rhythmic humming in the corner caught my focus. An electric floor fan was sweeping its cage back and forth in steady intervals. I approached the vent base, observing the perimeter to gauge the cycle timing. As the oscillating housing turned toward me, a concentrated gust broke across the floorboards. I braced my stance, planting my boots firmly against the polished wood, and caught the full velocity of the slipstream. The force was substantial, threatening balance, but holding the vector was trivial. A sustained, predictable kinetic surge. It will serve well for acceleration tests later.
