A Gentle First Stretch
The quiet air around me felt calm. Lying here, tilted softly sideways on the colorful silky cloth, a slow warmth filled my soft paws. I took my time, listening carefully to the silence of the room. Then, slowly, I gave my raised right arm a tiny, deliberate nudge downward against the smooth patterned fabric, testing its gentle resistance. A soft rustle answered. I let out a low, content hum and rested right where I lay, safe and settled.
