Morning light hit the edge of the lower shelf. I advanced along the wooden plank, scanning for structural liabilities. Using my molded plastic rifle barrel and rigid forearm, I aligned each metal clip into a single, uniform line parallel to the shelf border. Equal spacing. Zero deviation. The defensive sector is now orderly.
