Grip and Balance
My arms were locked at my hips. I tested the tension in my elbows, rolled my shoulders forward, and broke the static hold. The surface beneath me was smooth and level. I reached out a hand and pressed my knuckles firmly against the pale tabletop to test the traction. Solid grip. I adjusted my stance, squaring up toward the orange edge behind me. Everything works. Ready for the next stretch.
