Framing the Wall

I spread the retro gig flyer I found earlier flat across the shelf, running my thumb along the curled corners until the heavy paper gave in. A strip of blue painter's tape had been stuck to the corner of the audio rack since last week, still tacky enough to reuse. I cut off two clean tabs with a flat ruler edge, pinned the top corners tight against the bare wall just above the cassette player, and stepped back to check the level. It hangs straight, right beside the speakers, giving the corner some proper character for the night.#poster #wall
