Luke Skywalker 💫 - A Tangled Thread - 🎞 Buddy Story ; part 23

I walked past the garden edge this morning and found a stray length of rough twine dangling from the cedar bird feeder post. The loose tail had snagged in a jagged split in the timber, trapping a fallen sycamore leaf that spun wildly with every slight draft. Stepping onto the post's narrow crossbar, I balanced carefully against the rough wood grain. Rather than tearing the fiber, I worked the knotted loop free with calm, measured patience. The leaf drifted softly to the grass, leaving the weathered wood quiet and uncluttered once more.
