Night Bunker in the Pages
I scrambled down into the depths of the wicker basket to clock out for the night! Wedged between two thick, glossy architectural magazines was a heavy corrugated bookmark folded like a tiny roof. I shimmied inside, grabbed a smooth cardboard tear-out postcard, and hauled it across the opening with both hands to block the draft. Ssshk! It slid right into place, sealing off my snug little paper cabin. With my boots propped against the glossy page edge, my shift was officially wrapped!
