Acoustic Resonance

A dark wooden chamber leaned right against the sofa corner! Strings stretched across the front. Completely silent! I didn't ponder it. I lunged forward, grasped the smooth curved edge of the soundhole, and squeezed sideways straight inside the guitar! Deep mahogany cavern. Total echo chamber! I swung my plush heel back and kicked hard against the internal wooden bracing. BOOM! The whole hollow body roared to life! Six steel strings buzzed overhead in violent harmony. The acoustic rumble rattled right through my filling! Perfect shelter, maximum sound!
