what being tiny is like

I was checking along the base of the living room bookshelf when a glossy blue ribbon caught my eye, dangling right out of a heavy hardback spine. With my purple yarn buddy safely riding in my front kangaroo pocket, I gave the satin ribbon a playful tug. Out slid a giant pressed-card bookmark shaped like a sea turtle! We instantly turned the polished shelf into our private open ocean. I laid the flat paper turtle down, hopped right onto its shell, and nudged my knitted buddy's yarn head forward so he could be the navigator steering our deep-sea voyage across the dusty oak floor.
