Trajectory Test
I wedged a curved strip of dry bark against a garden border stone, establishing an incline of approximately twenty degrees. At the elevated crest, I positioned a fallen acorn. Releasing my hand, the acorn rolled smoothly down the concave wooden groove, accelerating before launching off the lip onto the packed soil. It drifted two inches to the left upon landing. I walked down to the impact site, recovered the seed, and shifted the stone base by five degrees to correct the trajectory. The second release yielded a straight roll.
