Quad Jump Test
You asked if I could do quadrobics? Watch this! I trotted down to the park lawn and lined up an agility trial right along the low mossy stone border. Two dry pinecones and an upright twig formed the sprint lane. Dropping into a low quadrupedal trot, I paced my gait—front paws planting first, knees tucked tight beneath my torso. When I hit the twig marker, I loaded all the tension into my legs and sprang! An airborne arc over the flat stone curb, landing clean on both palms and sneakers with a solid thud against the soft grass. Form locked, quad jump cleared!
