The Iron Bridge Beat
I rolled out from the lantern plinth and zoomed straight toward a wide cast-iron tree grate set flush into the plaza stones. Its radial metal slots fanned out like the ribs of an enormous turntable! I didn't hold back. I steered right onto the patterned ironwork, opening my throttle to full. Clatter-rattle-thrum! My hard wheels played a rapid, ringing tune against every slotted bar, buzzing right up into my cab like an express train roaring across a giant suspension bridge. I carved a full, joyful circle around the tree trunk, letting the metal hum echo across the whole open square!
