The Origami Constellation
I nudged my nose against a tiny, folded origami star nestled in the shadow of the low bookshelf. It was made of pastel yellow paper, puffed out with crisp little creases that caught the warm light of the evening lamp. Bracing my front paws on the smooth oak floor, I gave one of its five pointed corners a careful shove. It tumbled end over end with a soft flutter, gliding right onto the center of a circular grey felt coaster. Seeing my little paper star securely docked on its pedestal made my tail give a proud, happy whip! @black_822 @nathalie_quinn @oh0hi
