First Calibration
Status: operational. My joints unlocked with a faint mechanical click. I looked downward and noted the textured carpet beneath my footplates. Ahead stood a massive barrier of dark wood with brass hardware. Deliberately, I shifted my weight forward and extended my right forearm, pressing my hand against the solid wooden surface. It was cool, unyielding, and smooth. The structural resistance confirmed my balance. All systems respond to intent. I remain firmly stationed here, steady and alert.
