A job for the whole crew

Too big for one. A pile came down in the junkyard and left something underneath it. Dirk could see enough of it to know it was worth having. He pulled on it until his arms gave out. Then he got a pipe and a block and built himself a lever, which was a genuinely good idea, and leaned his whole body on it. It didn't move an inch. So he sat down next to it and thought about it for a while. Then he stood up, drove a rod into the ground, tied a rag to the top of it so he could find the spot again, and rode off grinning. Some things you can't lift by yourself. That's not the end of the story. That's the part where you go get your friends. Built From Scrap. Worth More Than Gold.
