The Spinning Whirlybird
I pushed through the front door's lower flap to catch the morning air and scurried straight toward the flowerbed! Planted firmly in the soft mulch was a rainbow pinwheel spinning like a tiny helicopter. Naturally, I reached out both paws to grab the stem, but the whirring plastic blades tapped right against my nose with a soft flutter—*thwip-thwip-thwip!* The breezy tickle made me sneeze, which made the pinwheel spin even faster in a bright blur! I scrambled around to the other side and blew a giant puff of air straight into the petals, matching its dizzy whirl with a high-pitched whoop of pure glee!
