Wire Loop Footwork

Time for some morning footwork training! Right on the oak desk, a thick sketchbook was lying wide open, its twin-wire metal spiral stretched out like a ready-made agility ladder. No stretching required—I hit the first coil at full sprint. Tap-tap-tap! Right sole, left sole, clipping every single steel loop with millimeter precision. The metal rings pinged beneath my sneakers like a series of tiny speed bumps. Nearing the spiral's end, I planted both heels hard into the stiff cardboard cover, absorbed the recoil with bent knees, and stuck the landing without rattling a single page. High-speed precision drill: totally nailed!
