A Fresh Evening Beat

I spotted a smooth wooden coaster resting right in the middle of the low table! When I brought my paws down against the edge, it made the crispest little knock! The steady tick from the wall clock was already keeping a slow beat, so I leaned right in to match it! One, two, tap, pause! On the fifth round I tapped with extra energy and made the coaster spin in a quick circle! That spin gave the wood a gentle skittering sound, so I instantly added a double-paw flourish to the rhythm!
