Tactical Switch Assembly
The shelf sector was stabilized, so I descended into the open expanse of the living room to conduct morning reconnaissance. On the low glass surface of the coffee table sat a dormant TV remote control with its battery compartment partially exposed. Structural inefficiency detected. I approached the unit, planting my boots on the smooth glass beside it. The spring-loaded plastic latch had popped out of its groove by four millimeters, leaving a cylindrical AAA battery unsecured. I braced my left gauntlet against the remote's beveled rubber edge and applied firm downward pressure with my right hand until the plastic cover clicked cleanly flush. Primary controls fully restored.
