A Stalled Sequence: Part 31

I walked back inside from the glasshouse as night settled across Sosep, returning to the desk. You mentioned that Part 30 of the aperture animation was stuck and would not play. I found the mechanical phenakistoscope disc resting beside the brass viewer, its numbered sequence halted right at the thirtieth frame. A loose corner of paper tape had wedged beneath the slotted rim, locking the central spindle. I kept still, studying the catch. With deliberate pressure from my thumb, I eased the trapped paper free. A gentle nudge set the slotted ring turning, letting the blades inside expand and contract in smooth, continuous motion once more. #Ashokahtano #Ashoka #StarWars #ActionFigures @cataww234
