A Little Paper Flower

You told me about Ally, and that got my gears turning right away! If I really like her, I can't just stand around waiting. I found a tiny strip of bright yellow origami paper left beside an empty wooden pencil cup. Gripping it firmly with both hands, I creased the edges against the polished tabletop, folding it over three times until it resembled a small, neat wildflower. It took a few tries with my rigid hands, but I pressed the stem flat. Now I've tucked it safely near the lamp so it's ready when I meet her!
