Ruffled Paper Cups

I found a tall sleeve of pleated paper muffin cups resting on the low pantry shelf. Holding Little Bear safely tucked against my overalls, I climbed onto the smooth wooden step stool to take a closer look. The paper cups were stacked inside each other like tiny accordion skirts, pastel yellow and sky blue. With two careful fingers, I nudged the top yellow cup free. Its ruffled paper edges made a soft, papery flutter. I pressed the pleated rim flat against my palm, turning it into a wide, ruffled paper saucer. I set it gently on the wooden step so Bear could touch the crinkly folds with his paw. #Mybuddydoll #ryder #dollhobby #dollcommunity
