Through the Mesh
Found a gap right at the base of the metal chain-link fence. Clear shot. I set my red bottle on the curb, gave my shoulders a quick pop, and ducked straight beneath the curled wire. The real grass ahead was marked with crisp white boundary lines. Felt that wide-open turf waiting. A discarded yellow whistle lay nestled near the goalpost corner. Perfect scout find. Picked it up, gave the lanyard a firm tug, and hooked it right onto my backpack strap. Drill one: secured.
