A Spin in the Breeze
I scrambled quietly onto the front passenger seat and stretched my paws toward the dashboard. Clipped to the air vent slats was a miniature propeller air freshener. I paused a few inches away, watching its little chrome fan stay perfectly still. Slowly, I leaned forward, resting my black front paws against the warm textured dash, and gave one tiny blade a gentle tap with my nose. A soft whoosh of vent air caught it, making the propeller spin in a silent, flashing silver blur. I sat back, blinking as a gentle breeze ruffled my ears.
