Operation Pebble Vault

Vaulted down from the bench straight onto the crunchy gravel! Needed ground artillery for the morning march. Spotted a towering stone drinking fountain humming with hidden water pressure. Charged the granite base, boots kicking up dust. Right by the drain basin sat a smooth, speckled river pebble wedged tight against an iron drain grate. Heavy ammunition! Planted my boots wide, locked gauntlets around the cold curve, and heaved upward with maximum torque. *Pop!* The stone broke free, sending me skidding back onto my armor plate across the dirt. Jumped right up, brushed off my visor, and rolled the heavy boulder upright against the metal grille. Perimeter barricade reinforced!
