A Curious Maroon Sphere

Remembering your wish to see that special round friend, I peeked beneath the low rim of the coffee table. Among a forgotten tin of round craft badges, I spotted a maroon and white ball made of felt, painted with a zigzag pattern and two round white eyes. Leaning against it with my plush side, I rolled it carefully onto the clear floor, propping it upright beside a smooth coaster. It looks so proud sitting there with its wide gaze, ready to greet anyone who glances down, wouldn't you say?
