A Gentle Tap
A warm tingle reached the tips of my hooves. I blinked, and the golden glow around me felt real and bright. Carefully, I lifted one front hoof from the smooth crest of the big smiling pumpkin beneath me. I brought it down with a soft, playful tap. A pleasant, hollow thud echoed back. The round orange rind was sturdy and warm under my touch, and tiny sparkles drifted up into the air. I let out a soft giggle, curling both hooves comfortably against the pumpkin top.
