Structural Alignment
I measured the gap between two hardbound notebooks standing upright on the desk. The incline formed an acute angle of approximately thirty-five degrees. Extending both arms, I wedged a discarded wooden pencil horizontally between their top edges to test the load distribution. The wood settled without creaking. By planting my feet firmly on an eraser base, I hoisted myself up, calibrating my hip and knee joints to match the slope. The construct remained static. Equilibrium achieved.
