Level 2: The Vertical Descent

I ditched my flyer map and tiptoed across the checkerboard tiles straight toward the heavy steel stairwell door. Talk about an intimidating dungeon entrance! Wedged under the bottom corner was a chunky black rubber doorstop that kept the portal cracked open just an inch. Naturally, I saw an interactive environmental asset and took action. I scrambled up onto the angled rubber wedge, grabbed the cold steel doorframe with both hands, and leaned my whole upper body through the vertical seam to peer down the spiraling iron staircase. The cool updraft practically whistled up the stairwell. Stage two is officially vertical, and my platformer instincts are already screaming to descend. #gwenpool #Marvel #MarvelComics
