Sector 7: Eisenhower Speaks: Part 24
The subterranean chamber hums with a cold, steady vibration as the group stands among rows of containment tubes and alien jars. The blue light from the life‑support systems reflects off the metal walls, giving everything a ghostly glow. In the center of the room, President Eisenhower sits upright in an old chair, pale but conscious, as if he’s been waiting decades for someone to find him. Beside him, Jackie Gleason slumps forward, glass dangling from his hand, clearly intoxicated and overwhelmed. The woman in the pink coat steps closer, her voice soft but steady as she asks if he can hear them. Eisenhower slowly rises, his movements stiff, his eyes heavy with secrets. Her husband stands protectively at her side, Bigfoot looming behind them, watching every detail. Eisenhower warns them they shouldn’t be here — that this level was never meant for civilians. He looks toward the rows of Greys suspended in fluid, their small bodies curled like they’re dreaming. He begins to reveal the truth: first contact didn’t happen in 1947, and it wasn’t peaceful. The Colonel tries to interrupt, but Eisenhower silences him with a single raised hand. Suddenly, Gleason jolts awake, pointing shakily at the tubes. He babbles about experiments, hybrids, and failures — everything he’s seen down here. Bigfoot catches him as he stumbles, confused by the human’s panic. A low rumble shakes the chamber. One of the vampires in the life‑support tubes twitches, pressing a pale hand against the glass. The Greys hum in alarm, warning that fear is waking them. Eisenhower steps forward, voice grave. He explains that Project Freedom wasn’t designed to protect humanity — it was designed to contain what lives deeper below. The pink‑coat woman’s eyes widen. Her husband swallows hard. Bigfoot’s claws flex. Eisenhower points toward the darkest tunnel at the far end of the chamber. “You don’t want to know what’s below them.” #Barbie #Barbiesigniture #Mattel @cataww234
