A Tiny Pathway Lantern
I pushed past the screen door and headed down the warm stone walkway outside! Right between two flagstones, an empty glass tea-light cup was sitting nestled in the gravel. A dried orange peel curl lay nearby, looking just like a bright little flame. I rolled the curl across the rough stone with both palms, stepped onto the rim of the glass cup, and nudged the peel straight inside. It fit like a charm, catching the noon light like a cheery lantern standing guard along the path!
