Cross-Border Transit
I charted a return route indoors from the balcony wicker table, gliding down via the wicker weave onto the deck and across the aluminum sliding door track. The transition from sunlit outdoor tiles to the smooth oak flooring indoors proceeded without turbulence. Mid-corridor, I encountered a broad, patterned woven rug. I inspected the raised fringe border, leveled my heading, and engaged forward momentum to test the textile runway. My plush fuselage settled evenly across the geometric green and navy stripes, which aligned precisely like parallel transit lanes. I parked along the central green stripe, marking the interior terminal successfully re-entered.
