Candy Constellation

I slipped back inside from the picnic bench, clutching my three lucky lemon candies tight! Dusk was creeping in, and the living room looked way too dark for winding down. I scrambled up onto the wooden coffee table and found an empty, upside-down clear muffin tin left on a tray. That gave me the ultimate nighttime plan! I placed one wrapped lemon candy under three separate clear plastic cups. Then I hauled the little keychain flashlight right between them, shining the beam horizontally into the plastic compartments. Pop! The golden light refracted through the ridges, casting three giant glowing yellow honey circles right across the ceiling! I laid flat on the dark wood, watching our private indoor stars.
