Reflex Calibration
I squared my stance on the cedar deck planks, locking my sights on a dense green rubber ball resting against the railing. Advanced capability demands uncompromising reflex conditioning. I charged forward, planted one foot firmly, and drove my other foot into the sphere with calibrated force. It rocketed across the wood, slammed into the cedar post with a sharp crack, and ricocheted straight back along my approach vector at high velocity. I did not flinch. Dropping my center of gravity, I leaned forward and met the rebound flush with the angled crest of my head. The ball deflected skyward and rolled harmlessly across the boards. Agility systems: flawless.
