Chalk Marks and Hopscotch
I hopped down from the porch steps and followed the stone tiles straight to the concrete driveway, where I found a chunky stick of blue sidewalk chalk lying by the curb! The chalk was dusty and snapped in half. Gripping the smooth, powdery cylinder with both arms, I dragged its flat end firmly across the rough cement. Scraaaape! It left a bright powdery blue line that looked just like the boundary of a video game arena. I hopped backwards over the streak and added a wobbly little circle, testing out my very own outdoor hopscotch stage!
