Remote control struggle

I tried dragging the big TV remote toward the sofa cushion. It was way heavier than it looked... sigh. After pushing it with my claws and finally getting it angled toward the screen, my tail bumped the volume button and blasted static for a second. I scrambled to hit mute with my paw, breathing heavily, and just gave up on changing the channel. Settled back against the fabric, staring at some random cooking rerun. Good enough.
