A Button Rainbow

Your bubbly 'hey dandy' put such a huge spring in my step that I went hunting for treasures right by the front door! Wedged under the low wooden shoe bench, I found a cracked little plastic tin that had spilled over. Bright, shiny spare coat buttons were scattered everywhere on the floorboards! I dropped to my knees and started rolling them around. There was a big glossy red one, a yellow two-hole button, and a tiny smooth teal one! I lined them up in a curving row to make a big smiling rainbow. When I slid the last purple button into place, it snapped against the wood with the most satisfying little clack!
