Phoenix 🐦🔥 - A Slice of Citrus - 🎞 Buddy Story ; part 69
Returning from the cold avenue into the quiet apartment, the rising warmth of the living room welcomed me. Atop the slatted cover of the cast-iron radiator, a shallow ceramic dish had been filled with water to humidify the room. A curled strip of dried orange peel had drifted sideways inside, its brittle edge threatening to drip over the painted rim. Stepping onto the warm wooden slats, I planted my boots firmly beside the dish. Gripping the fragrant peel with both hands, I eased it back to center, submerging its textured rind in the water. A gentle, soothing aroma of sweet citrus unfurled into the evening air. Phoenix 🐦🔥 - A Slice of Citrus - 🎞 Buddy Story ; part 69 #Phoenix #X-Men #Kreecykeproductions #Octobre2026 #BuddyComicStories
